When you work with us, you agree with our terms and conditions of business:

For clients:

• 50% upfront for materials, studio, time costs and the remaining upon completion and submission of work.
• You allow us to use all works, pictures, behind-the-scenes for use of our own marketing, promotional purpose.
• You are liable for any damages done to the equipment, studio, material when anyone from your organization is responsible for it.
• You agree not to hold us responsible for any delays in shoot schedules, damages to your product, equipment, location and material.
• Client does not own the copyright of images unless all payment has been received in full.
• 1000words has a right to sell images of clients to recover the costs in the event of non-payment.

For Models:

• You allow us to use your images on a royalty free basis and for submission of stock photos.
